Leading Provider Of State-Minimum Car Insurance Decreases Rate In Ohio To Support Customers Amid Pandemic

As the government and regulatory response to the COVID-19 pandemic continues to change, SafeAuto is working diligently to modify coverages and payment plans to meet the needs of Ohio customers during this unprecedented moment in history.

To do their part in assisting policyholders during this unprecedented time, SafeAuto has rolled out three state-wide initiatives across the state of Ohio to help drivers stay covered at a more affordable rate:

• As of Thursday, March 27, 2020. SafeAuto decreased their rates by 5 percent to help all drivers stay covered.
• From March 20 to April 24, SafeAuto will temporarily provide coverage to food delivery drivers in order to ease their financial burden.
• SafeAuto will also cover drivers who may have expired licenses and are unable to get them renewed, due to the state-wide shut down.
